Our Buying and Head of Supply team continuously work with suppliers to ensure that all our products are maintained at the highest possible standard. In the event you receive an item you are not satisfied with, please follow the steps below:
Our Customer Services department will handle your enquiry. If your complaint requires further review, it will be escalated to our Senior Management team.

If you have received an item that is faulty or you are not satisfied with it, you can either bring it back to our Warrington store or send it back to us by post.
Once you have spoken to a member of our team and agreed on the return, a return label will be issued to you. Please ensure your item is securely packaged and the label is clearly attached.
When we receive your returned item(s), we will carry out the necessary checks and issue either a replacement item or a full refund. Items purchased online can also be returned in person to our Warrington store.
